You can cancel your subscription to LeadScoring at any time. It just needs to happen no later than 30 days before the next subscription period.
It is not possible to refund the remaining periods.
When your subscription is terminated, you still have access to the account and all data until the subscription period expires.
When the period expires, we delete all data in the account. If you wish, we can expedite the deletion of all data in the account.
You can export data with our export function.

- Full dataset on lead scores and profile scores
We do not offer other options for export.
- We delete all personal information related to the account.
- We delete all tracking we have on domains associated with the account
- We will delete your access to the account
- Delete our tracking code on your website
- Delete our API code for systems we integrate with
- Ex. mail system, analytics, CMS, CRM, etc.
- Delete any records created for sending our emails in your DKIM and SPF on the domain.
